In 2018, I was honored to be elected as your State House Representative for Michigan District 25. From the start of my first term, I went to work on the priorities that matter most to our District: education, healthcare, infrastructure and the economy. With the advent of COVID-19, I’ve been working with local health experts and like-minded legislators to secure adequate testing resources for our area, as well as looking to help families and small businesses through the economic challenges that have come with it.
Before I started serving as State House Representative, I served on the Sterling Heights City Council. I also worked for 10 years as a high school economics, government and history teacher for L’Anse Creuse public schools in Clinton Township.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Oakland University, and a Masters degree in Education from Wayne State University.
My wife Lori and I have three great kids.
